The Rota’s family from the island of Serifos has been producing top quality honey for almost 40 years now.  Production takes place in the family’s organically accredited workshop which is fitted with the latest technology available for producing honey in the most efficient way with the mildest possible intervention in the natural process. The Family Beez is a superior and artisanal organic honey variety of exceptional quality, taste and aromas in a limited production able to please and satisfy even the most demanding customer.

Our honey was initially produced with the humble intention of creating a pureand wholesome product for our children. We ultimately achieved to produce anexcellent honey with a unique taste, something we owe to the richness of flavoursstemming from the pivotal biodiversity of the unspoiled, natural Aegean landscape.This pure, organic honey was a gift to us and we want to share it with you.

Counting till now 14 international awards for the superior taste and exceptional quality of our honey varieties.

The Family Beez Organic Wildflower Honey and Organic Thyme Honey have both been awarded a gold star in the GREAT TASTE AWARDS 2015 to 2020. Moreover Gold and Silver have been presented to the Organic Wildflower and Organic Thyme respectively in the BIOLMIEL 2015 and 2016 Awards making them two of the best Organic Honey varieties worldwide. Awards have also been presented on a national and international level such as the ERMIS Awards and THE DIELINE Awards in connection to THE FAMILY BEEZ logo, design and packaging..
